IvoryCloud wins $27.4 Million Prime contract from Department of Energ

IvoryCloud is honored to announce that it has been awarded a 5-year, $27.4 million prime contract by the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Science (DOE SC) to support the Portfolio Analysis Management System (PAMS).

For nearly a decade, IvoryCloud has served as a trusted subcontractor for DOE SC. Now, as a prime contractor, we will lead efforts in program and project management, enterprise-level software development, sustained maintenance, and custom enhancements for PAMS.

PAMS is a mission-critical, web-based grants management system used to solicit, award, and manage federal grants across DOE’s Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) / Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) and EPSCoR programs.
With over 70,000 users, PAMS connects national laboratories, universities, research institutions, and nonprofit organizations — playing a central role in distributing more than $10 billion in DOE grants.

Steve Moskowitz, IvoryCloud’s COO & Partner, said,

“We are honored to support DOE SC in their critical mission to promote U.S. innovation … IvoryCloud excels at applying modern techniques that align mission objectives with technology capabilities to optimize value for our customers.”

Amy Clark, IvoryCloud’s PAMS Operations Manager, added,

“We appreciate DOE SC’s confidence … it is my sincere honor to serve alongside such a stellar group of bright-minded individuals.”

This contract strengthens IvoryCloud’s position as a key partner to the Department of Energy — leveraging our deep domain expertise, technical capabilities, and long-term experience to support clean energy research and innovation.
